Phil Winters has spent over 40 years championing one big idea: understanding the customer perspective changes everything. Internationally known as “The Father of Customer Intelligence”, Phil helped shape how organizations around the world use data and insights to build stronger customer relationships and deliver real value. Throughout his career, he’s worked with more than 300 organizations across industries helping them rethink strategy, design better experiences, and make smarter decisions. Known for his practical approach and sharp storytelling, Phil is a seasoned keynote speaker who brings real-world lessons to life with clarity and humour. Though now officially retired, Phil still takes on the occasional speaking gig or passion project for the fun of it. His goal? To spark fresh thinking about how we see customers, data, and the decisions that connect the two.
